Planteray Rum FIJI ISLANDS Single Cask Porto Lagrima Barrel 2018 46.7% ABV 0.7 l is a limited-edition rum from Fiji, part of the exclusive Planteray Single Cask Collection 2026. This exceptional rum is produced from sugarcane molasses at the Paradise Beverage Distillery, where the molasses is first fermented for four to five days and then processed using column still distillation. Distilled in 2018, the rum is initially matured for three years under tropical conditions in ex-bourbon casks, before being stored for a further 18 months in Ferrand casks in France. It derives its distinctive character from a final 18-month finish in a Porto Lágrima cask. After a total of six years’ cask maturation, this special edition is presented in a 0.7-litre bottle with a gift box, combining Pacific rum tradition with French cask finishing.
