The Conde Valdemar Rosé Rioja DOC 2025 is an elegant Spanish rosé wine from the renowned wine region of La Rioja, produced from the Garnacha and Mazuelo grape varieties. The grapes grow on alluvial soils, which form part of the natural terroir of the Valdemar vineyards. A distinctive feature of the vineyards is their diverse flora: among the approximately 30 plant species found there is the wild mallow (Malva sylvestris), which contributes to the biodiversity of the habitat. Only the gently extracted free-run juice is used to produce the 2025 vintage. This approach underlines the vinification of the rosé wine, which is focused on finesse and precision.

Alcoholic fermentation then takes place for 20 days at a low temperature of 16 °C in stainless-steel tanks.
