White 2019 13.5% ABV is a characterful Austrian white wine cuvée from Burgenland, created by Leo Thaddeus Hillinger – son of the renowned winemaker Leo Hillinger – as part of his independent wine range, JACK without dad! . The blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc comes from the Leithaberg wine-growing region, whose chalky soils and Pannonian-influenced climate provide ideal conditions for the cultivation of expressive white wines. Selected vineyard sites, particularly around the Ladisberg, define the regional character of this vintage. The JACK range combines traditional Burgenland winemaking with a modern, distinctive philosophy.


In the production of the Hillinger JACK without dad! White 2019, the selected grapes are gently processed before the white wine cuvée is aged in wooden barrels. This ageing process supports the development of a complex structure and lends the wine additional depth. The careful blending of the three grape varieties emphasises the individual character of this dry white wine from the Leithaberg. With an alcohol content of 13.5% in the 0.75 l bottle, the JACK without dad! White 2019 is suitable both as a versatile accompaniment to food and for special moments of enjoyment.
