The grapes come from selected vineyards, whose fruits are valued for their natural sweetness and pronounced aroma. During production, the second fermentation takes place at a controlled 13 °C, creating a fine and particularly soft perlage. Before the second fermentation, about 10% Glera must is added, followed by about 40 days of yeast contact, which adds additional complexity and finesse. With a residual sugar content of approximately 21 g/l, this Dry Prosecco is pleasantly harmonious and approachable. Its moderate alcohol content of 11% underlines its lightness and makes it a versatile companion for numerous occasions.
