Monkey Shoulder The Original Blended Malt Batch 27 is an exceptional Scotch Blended Malt Whisky, comprising three premium single malts from the Speyside region. The distilleries Glenfiddich, Balvenie, and Kininvie supply the distillates, which mature in first-fill bourbon casks and are subsequently blended into a harmonious whisky.

Monkey Shoulder was specifically developed for modern whisky enjoyment and captivates with its smooth, accessible texture and its fruity-spicy aroma. The name "Monkey Shoulder" refers to an old tradition among maltmen who could suffer a typical shoulder injury from their work with malt shovels.
