The Laphroaig 10 Years Old 40% Vol. 0.7 l + Gift Box is the iconic classic from the traditional Laphroaig Distillery on Islay, which has been known for its unmistakable peaty style since 1815. This Single Malt Scotch Whisky has achieved cult status over the decades and, like hardly any other, represents the characteristic intensity and uniqueness of Islay whiskies.


Production is based on barley dried over strong peat fires, which gives the distillate its legendary medicinal-smoky character. The Laphroaig then matures for 10 years in ex-Bourbon casks made of American white oak that were previously filled with Bourbon. This cask aging gives it, in addition to its massive smokiness, fine vanilla and caramel notes as well as spicy wood tones. With an alcohol content of 40% Vol., it presents itself as intense, distinctive, and yet balanced. It is delivered here in an elegant gift box (GB), which also makes it a visual highlight for connoisseurs.
