Nestled between orchards and vineyards is the long-standing distillery of Hödl Hof.

The quality of the brandies is ensured by a 300-liter rough distillation kettle and a 200-liter fine distillation kettle made of pure copper.

The estate's own fruits travel the shortest route from the orchards to the fermentation cellars, where they are gently and temperature-controlled fermented. For generations, distillation has been carried out twice according to old Styrian tradition.

Only the high-proof heart of the distillate is extracted and then aged in wood, glass, or stainless steel.

The apricot harvest at Hödl Hof only begins when the fruits fall from the tree themselves.

Through rapid processing and gentle fermentation, as well as the old Styrian tradition of double distillation, this wonderful fruit aroma is created.

The apricots used come from Hödl Hof's own apricot orchard.
