The Hödl Hof Original Plum Schnapps is a high-quality fruit brandy that combines Styria's centuries-old distilling tradition with modern craftsmanship. Produced in the long-established Hödl Hof distillery, the focus is on the highest quality and regional ingredients. The hand-picked plums used come from their own plum orchard as well as from selected fruit growers in the region.

Production follows the old Styrian tradition with a double distillation in copper pot stills. In a 300-liter first-run and a 200-liter fine-run still made of pure copper, the spirit is processed particularly gently. After harvesting, the fruits are pitted, fermented at a controlled temperature, and then processed in a so-called heart cut distillation – only the purest and highest-quality distillate is extracted. The schnapps then matures in wood, glass, or stainless steel until it has reached its perfect flavor harmony.
