Valt Vodka hails from Scotland, demonstrating that this renowned whisky region can also produce high-quality vodka. Production combines craftsmanship, tradition, and precision, as Scottish mountain spring water and malted barley are distilled into vodka using a five-stage micro-distillation process.

The idea of producing Scottish gin and vodka emerged during a bar visit when two Scots decided to leverage their knowledge to create the world's first Scottish single malt vodka. An elaborate process helps this malt vodka stand out in the market. After five-stage micro-distillation, the vodka is aged for three years in oak barrels and then distilled again. Careful filtration processes, some at minus twelve degrees Celsius, ensure an exceptionally pure vodka.

The entire production process is based on over 400 years of distillation artistry, modernized and implemented in a specially designed distillery. Strathearn Distillers, located near the shores of Loch Lomond, produces both Valt Single Malt Scottish Vodka and Gilt Gin and is known for its high-quality premium spirits.
