The Ron Quorhum 23 is aged using the elaborate Sistema Solera method, in which younger and older distillates are blended over many years. The aging takes place in ex-Bourbon casks as well as Sherry casks, which give the rum its particular depth and complexity. The oldest rums contained have matured for up to 23 years. The result is a complex premium rum with a harmonious balance of sweetness, spice, and wood notes. At 40% Vol., it is powerful, yet smooth and elegant.
