Redbreast 15 Years Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is one of the most renowned bottlings in the time-honoured Redbreast range and embodies the fine art of Irish whisky-making in a particularly elegant form. Like all Redbreast bottlings, the 15-Year-Old is based on a blend of malted and unmalted barley, which is processed using the classic single pot still method and then triple-distilled in copper pot stills. This traditional production method lends the whisky its exceptional depth, creaminess and aromatic complexity, making it an outstanding example of its style.


The 15-year maturation in selected bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks results in a multi-layered flavour profile that harmoniously combines rich fruity notes, warming spices and delicately toasted woody aromas. At 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and bottled at natural strength, Redbreast 15 is more powerful and complex than the younger 12-year-old, yet remains characteristically smooth and well-balanced.
