Production is carried out with the highest artisanal precision. Distillation is performed discontinuously in exclusive copper steam stills, with foreshots and feints carefully separated to obtain a particularly pure distillate. Subsequently, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia is refined with the ÙE® Grape Distillate, aged for over 12 months in Limousin and Nevers oak barriques as well as in small former sherry casks.
