Hödl Hof Original RASPBERRY Spirit 38% Vol. 10 l is a high-quality, aromatic raspberry spirit, produced at the renowned Hödl Hof distillery in Styria. This distillery, nestled between orchards and vineyards in an idyllic region, has been synonymous with excellent distillates for generations. The spirit is crafted using state-of-the-art methods and traditional techniques, guaranteeing high quality. Using a 300 l crude still and a 200 l fine still, both made of pure copper, the raspberry spirit is refined to perfectly extract its characteristic aromas.

The fruits used for this spirit come from the Hödl Hof distillery's own orchards, as well as from the Stelzer family in Stubenberg am See. Only the ripest and most aromatic raspberries are hand-picked and immediately brought fresh to the distillery to preserve their full flavor. The raspberries are covered with neutral wheat alcohol before being further processed in a gentle, temperature-controlled fermentation. After fermentation, a double distillation follows, in which only the high-proof heart of the distillate is extracted. This raspberry spirit then matures in wood, glass, or stainless steel to refine its aromas.
