Hödl Hof Original RASPBERRY Spirit 38% Vol. is a fine raspberry spirit from the renowned Hödl Hof distillery in Styria, nestled between orchards and vineyards. The distillery is known for its long tradition in producing high-quality brandies and spirits. With an alcohol content of 38% Vol., this raspberry spirit offers a robust yet balanced fruitiness that is excellent both neat and in cocktails.

The raspberries used for this spirit come from the Stelzer family in Stubenberg am See and are carefully hand-picked. Only the ripest and most aromatic berries are selected and brought directly to Hödl Hof after harvesting. There, they are immediately covered with neutral wheat alcohol and then processed in a meticulous, temperature-controlled fermentation process. The double distillation, in which only the high-proof heart of the distillate is extracted, gives the spirit its clear, intense aromas.

The raspberry spirit then matures in wood, glass, or stainless steel, resulting in a smooth and aromatic final product that perfectly reflects the pure aromas of the raspberries.
