This esteemed spirit boasts a tradition of approximately 300 years and is produced in Anatolia from carefully selected ingredients: anise, pure white crystal sugar, and soft spring water. These components give raki its unmistakable aroma and delicate flavor.

In the first phase of the distillation process, selected grape varieties from Anatolia are processed. These grapes are harvested after ripening, dried, and then fermented. In the subsequent second distillation step, high-quality Pimpinella anise is added to the resulting suma. The raki undergoes a maturation process in oak barrels, which gives it its unique aroma and characteristic taste.
