The production of this VSOP Cognac begins with the early harvest of carefully selected grapes, from which a light, fresh wine is pressed. This is followed by unsulfured distillation using the Charentais method – a double distillation that ensures exceptional purity and aromatic depth. The Cognac then matures for 4 to 5 years in Limousin oak barrels before the different batches are blended into a masterfully composed cuvée.
