However, Strongbow's true mastery lies in its ability to bring out the natural flavour of these apples and make your favourite Strongbow something special. The apples are harvested at the ideal ripeness and taken to the production facility, where they are washed and crushed. This fruit pulp is pressed, and the pure fruit juice is extracted, which is then concentrated and stored, with the fruit sugars of the apples acting as a preservative. The concentrated apple juice then undergoes fermentation and a maturation process, allowing the delicate flavours to develop.
