The apples are harvested at their ideal ripeness and brought to the production facility, where they are washed and crushed.

This fruit mash is pressed to extract the pure fruit juice, which is then concentrated and stored, with the natural fruit sugars of the apples acting as a preservative.

The concentrated apple juice then undergoes fermentation and maturation to allow the delicate flavours to develop.
