As one of the few European rums, it is fermented from 100% molasses and triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills. It then matures in French and American oak casks, which gives it its characteristic depth and aroma. With an alcohol content of 40% vol. in the 0.7-liter bottle, this rum offers a wonderfully balanced combination of vanilla, tropical fruits, and spicy oak.
