The Fassbind Les Vieilles Barriques Vieille Framboise 40% Vol. 0.7 L is an excellent raspberry brandy, aged in oak barrels, macerated and distilled according to an old family recipe. Produced in the traditional Swiss distillery Fassbind, this fine spirit represents the finest craftsmanship and highest quality.

The production begins with the maceration of aromatic, fully ripe raspberries, which are then gently distilled. This is followed by a one-year aging period in oak barrels, which gives the spirit a harmonious balance between fruitiness and subtle woody notes. The result is a unique raspberry brandy that evokes the scent and taste of homemade raspberry jam – a sweet, intense fruit note that is also found in the wonderfully mild and smooth finish.
