The history of Distilleria Andrea Da Ponte begins with the brothers Matteo and Andrea Da Ponte, who were pioneers in the art of grappa distillation. The distillery uses only selected grape marc from the region’s finest vineyards. This marc is carefully processed to preserve the grappa’s characteristic aromas and flavours.

Andrea Da Ponte Uve Bianche is a grape distillate made from Malvasia and Chardonnay grapes. Discontinuous distillation in a water bath, using the exclusive ‘Metodo Da Ponte’, ensures that the aromatic components are particularly pure and well-defined.
