The Poli Distillery, founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli, looks back on a long tradition of artisanal distillation. Today, the family business is run by siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara, and Andrea Poli and is known for its outstanding grappas.

Produced in Schiavon, a municipality in the northeastern Italian region of Veneto, this grappa is distilled according to old tradition and with state-of-the-art technology. Poli Po di Poli Morbida is bottled without barrel aging, preserving the pure, fresh aromas of the Moscato grape. The name "Morbida Smooth" already hints at its mild, round character, which makes this grappa particularly pleasant and harmonious.
