This noble grappa is made from the pomace of the exquisite Merlot and Cabernet grapes, known for their fruity and spicy aromas. The distillation is carried out according to old artisanal tradition in copper pot stills, resulting in a particularly pure and smooth spirit. Maturation takes place in 225-liter French oak barrels, which gives the Sarpa Oro an unmistakable depth and elegance. The barrel aging provides fine notes of vanilla, spices, and dried fruits, which harmoniously combine with the natural fruitiness of the distillate.
