The Poli Grappa Sarpa Oro di Poli is a noble, barrel-aged grappa from Italy, produced in the traditional Poli distillery in Veneto. Since its founding in 1898 by GioBatto Poli, the family business has stood for the highest craftsmanship in distillation. Today, the distillery is run by the four Poli siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara, and Andrea, who continue the family's legacy with passion and innovation.

This exquisite grappa is made from the pomace of Merlot and Cabernet grapes, sourced from the best vineyards in Northern Italy. Distillation takes place traditionally in copper pot stills, resulting in a particularly smooth and aromatic spirit. After distillation, the Sarpa Oro matures in 225-liter French oak barrels. This wood aging gives it exceptional depth, elegant vanilla and spice notes, and a wonderfully smooth structure.
