The PUNI SOLE is a distinctive Italian single malt whisky from the PUNI Distillery, Italy's first and so far only whisky distillery. Located in the Vinschgau valley in South Tyrol, PUNI combines Scottish distilling artistry with Italian temperament and Alpine terroir. The SOLE – Italian for "sun" – bottling is emblematic of maturity, warmth, and Mediterranean elegance.

The whisky is made from a traditional grain blend of barley, wheat, and rye, which gives it a particularly soft, harmonious basic structure. It is first matured in first-fill bourbon casks, and then receives a finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which impart fruity sweetness, depth, and an elegant influence from Southern Spain. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and without colouring – for an unadulterated taste experience.
