Master's Selection London Dry Gin is produced using a three-stage distillation process, where botanicals are added in successive phases to optimally develop their aromas. First, juniper berries, coriander, and cardamom are macerated in high-quality grain alcohol. This is followed by sweet oranges from Valencia, lemons, and bitter oranges from Seville, whose essential oils give the gin its unmistakable freshness and depth.
