The Kilchoman PORT CASK MATURED Single Malt Scotch Whisky Limited Edition 2024 is a strictly limited special bottling from the independent farm distillery Kilchoman Distillery and highlights the distillery's experimental cask approach. For this edition, the whisky matured exclusively in Ruby Port Hogsheads for its entire maturation period, selected from two different maturation ages, with the youngest cask being 6 years old. This bottling was bottled at 50% ABV, thus preserving its structure, depth, and cask influence unadulterated. As is customary with Kilchoman, the bottling is non-chill filtered and free of colorants; the intense natural color comes exclusively from cask maturation.


The full maturation in Port wine casks gives the Kilchoman Port Cask Matured 2024 a distinct character within the distillery's portfolio. The maritime Islay style is retained but expanded and deepened by the targeted use of Ruby Port Hogsheads.
