Bocchino Grappa di Moscato d'Asti in Barriques, 40% vol., 0.7 l, is a fine, matured grappa from the renowned Bocchino Distillery in Italy. It is produced from carefully selected pomace from destemmed Moscato d’Asti grapes, which are renowned for their aromatic richness and fruity elegance. Distillation takes place in stills using discontinuous steam distillation, a process that allows for a particularly gentle extraction of the delicate aromas.

After distillation, the grappa is first aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and purity. This is followed by 18 months’ ageing in French oak barriques, which gives it its smooth, harmonious structure and elegant woody and vanilla notes. This ageing process lends it exceptional depth and a perfect balance between fruitiness, spice and subtle toasted nuances.
