Bottega BACÛR Distilled Dry Gin is produced in Veneto and composed exclusively of Italian botanicals. Tuscan juniper berries, sage leaves from Triveneto, and lemon peels from Sicily are used, each macerated separately in water and alcohol. Pure alpine water is also used for production. After the long maceration, a careful double distillation takes place, which removes unwanted accompanying notes and creates a particularly clear, elegant distillate. The quality of this dry gin is based not only on the selection of plants but also on the precise conditions under which the aromatic compounds are extracted.
