Licor Beirão is a traditional Portuguese herbal liqueur which, with an alcohol content of 22% vol., offers a balanced combination of fruity and spicy flavours. The liqueur has been produced at the Beirão distillery in Lousã since its launch in 1929 and has quickly become one of Portugal’s best-known and most popular liqueurs. The liqueur is made from a secret blend of 24 herbs and botanicals, which are macerated in alcohol and sugar to create the characteristic flavours of Beirão.
Licor Beirão is characterised by a harmonious balance between sweetness and the complex, spicy herbal notes, which unfold through mint, cinnamon, lemon verbena and many other secret herbs and spices. This unique blend delivers a fresh, aromatic, spicy and elegant taste experience.
