The traditional Maison Gautier, founded in 1755, is one of France's oldest Cognac houses. For this XO edition, only exceptionally aged Eaux-de-Vie from the best crus – primarily from Grande Champagne and Fins Bois – were used. The long maturation period in oak barrels ensures a complex structure, round tannins, and an aromatic depth that qualifies this Cognac as ideal for cigar pairing.
