The Martini brand, which has existed for 160 years, is a pioneer in environmental protection, leading to the establishment of the Martini Observatory in 1987. Martini Bitter is produced according to Luigi Rossi's original recipe. More than 20 plants are used for its production. Very rare plants such as saffron, angostura, and colombo root are also included.
