The Tement Sauvignon Blanc Trockenbeerenauslese Zieregg 2017 11 % is an exceptional sweet wine from Southern Styria, whose grapes come from the renowned Zieregg vineyard. The site is one of the Tement estate’s best-known vineyards and is characterised by coral limestone and brown earth. For this single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc Trockenbeerenauslese, small-berried grapes were used, which were able to dry slowly and gently thanks to the interplay of sun and wind. The concentrated berries were carefully harvested by hand and subsequently matured in stainless-steel tanks. As a result, despite the high concentration, the focus remains on a precise and clear character.
