The Tement winery, located in Southern Styria near the Slovenian border, primarily focuses on cultivating white grape varieties. 95% of its vineyards are planted with varieties such as Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Pinot Blanc, Morillon, and Traminer. The wines, grouped under the "Steirische Klassik" (Styrian Classic) designation, originate from various vineyards and mature in stainless steel tanks. In addition to "Steirische Klassik," the winery also produces single-vineyard wines, each reflecting the characteristic influence of its specific growing site and aged in both large and small wooden barrels.

Tement Sauvignon Blanc Trockenbeerenauslese Zieregg is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is aged for 12 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks after spontaneous fermentation. This special wine comes from the renowned "Zieregg" vineyard and is characterized by its vines rooted in pure coral limestone and loose brown earth.

This wine can be cellared until 2039 and is carefully sealed with a natural cork.
