Adler Berlin Dry Gin is a premium gin produced at the historic Preussische Spirituosen Manufaktur in Berlin’s Wedding district. The distillery, originally founded in 1875 as a distilling school, underwent a renaissance in 2009 thanks to Ulf Stahl, a professor of microbiology, and Gerald Schroff, a barman and qualified hotelier.

This gin is characterised by a unique maturing process: the fine wheat distillate, which forms the base, is matured for six months and enriched with juniper and a selection of botanicals such as ginger, allspice, coriander, lavender and orange blossom. Distillation takes place under vacuum, which helps to bring out the aromas intensely. The gin is then aged for three to six months in 100-year-old earthenware vessels.
