With an alcohol content of 38% ABV and a careful selection of 11 botanicals, including fresh strawberries, rock samphire, elderflower, grains of paradise, lemon zest, hops, coriander, angelica root, liquorice, juniper, and orris root, a gin is created that is both fruity and refreshing.

The fresh strawberries lend the Pink Gin a sweet and fruity note that harmonizes perfectly with the other botanicals, giving the gin a delicate, floral complexity. Like the classic Mermaid Gin, the Pink Gin is also refined with a hint of sea breeze from the rock samphire, which gives it a light, fresh character.
