The Teeling Whiskey first matures in ex-bourbon casks, which gives it its characteristic depth and structure. The whiskey is then finished in Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum Casks, adding an extra layer of flavors characterized by the sweet, fruity notes of Caribbean rum.
