Barsol Pisco Acholado is a high-quality, traditional Pisco from Peru, produced from a masterful blend (Acholado) of various Pisco grapes. This fine spirit combines the best qualities of aromatic and non-aromatic grape varieties, resulting in a particularly complex and balanced flavour profile.

Produced at the renowned Bodega San Isidro in the heart of the Ica Valley, this Pisco is distilled using traditional methods in copper stills, without the addition of water or any other ingredients. The result is a pure, intense and full-bodied Pisco, which is ideal both for drinking neat and as a base for cocktails.
