This single malt is distilled at the sister distillery, Lochranza, which is situated in Lagg, in the south of the island.

The oldest available bottling, which is now part of the core range, is a rare gem, with only 3,000 bottles available worldwide each year.

During its impressive 25-year maturation, this whisky rests in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. No caramel is added during production, in order not to alter the whisky’s natural flavour. Similarly, cold filtration is avoided in order to preserve the whisky’s natural aromas and nuances in their purest form.

With this bottling, the sister distillery Lochranza honours the whisky’s long tradition and heritage by highlighting the natural quality and flavour of this malt.
