The GlenAllachie Distillery, founded in 1967, has built an excellent reputation under the leadership of Billy Walker. Particularly known for its cask maturation, GlenAllachie relies on high-quality sherry cask aging, which gives this whisky its deep, fruity, and spicy character.

The 15-year-old GlenAllachie is distinguished by careful maturation: the whisky first spends over 13 years in first-fill bourbon casks, followed by a 20-month finish in selected Pedro Ximénez (PX) and Oloroso sherry casks. This combination gives the whisky its deep, fruity, and spicy character.
