Etsu Double Orange Limited Edition is produced at the Akita Distillery in Akita Prefecture, located on the island of Honshu, Japan. The gin's production involves a seven-day maceration with a selection of traditional botanicals, including Japanese bitter orange, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, and coriander. After maceration, the gin is distilled, removing the solid components to release the essential oils. Finally, fresh water from the surrounding mountains is added, giving the gin its fresh taste.
