Its name, Hakuto, is inspired by an ancient Japanese legend about a white rabbit and symbolizes purity, elegance, and sophistication. The distillation takes place with high-quality spring water from the mountains of Tottori, which is valued for its particular softness and clarity. The perfectly matched combination of classic gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, and citrus peels is supplemented with typical Japanese ingredients such as Sakura blossoms, green tea, yuzu, and Sansho pepper.
