The Ruggeri Argeo Prosecco is made exclusively from the Glera grape variety, which thrives optimally in the soils of the region. The grapes are harvested by hand in September to preserve the best aromas of the grape. This Prosecco is produced using the traditional Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks to create the fine perlage and sparkling freshness.
