The story of Elit Vodka begins at the Kerchnskoye Estate, in the Tambov region of Russia.

This envied land was specifically chosen for its fertile black soil – an idyllic environment for cultivating grain of the highest quality.

After a slow fermentation of the carefully selected grain, a triple distillation takes place to "purify" the spirit of any traces of menthol.

The artesian spring water used, which is blended with the distillate, comes from Latvijas Balzams in Riga, Latvia.

To remove impurities, filtration is carried out using superfine quartz sand; the use of Russian birch charcoal contributes to further optimization of the spirit.

To ensure Elit maintains its uncompromising quality, another filtration process, "Freezing", takes place.

A filtration process applied additionally after traditional Russian filtration. The vodka is stored at temperatures of -18° in barrels, causing all impurities to freeze to the walls of the barrels.

The super-chilled spirit is passed through ion-charged filters at an ultra-slow speed and is finally allowed to rest.
