Each distillery was assigned a specific creature as a symbol, which was depicted on the artfully designed labels of each bottle. Over time, as some distilleries closed, were sold, or commercialized, the Flora and Fauna range diminished. As a result, the remaining bottles became coveted collector's items.

A prime example from this series is the Dailuaine 16 Years Old, a complex single malt whisky. It combines sweet, full-bodied notes with a refreshing citrus zest and was released in 2021. This unusual combination of freshness and richness makes it a special experience.
