The Glera grapes come from selected Lager in Veneto, northern Italy, where warm days, cooler nights and soils rich in limestone, clay and alluvial deposits create ideal conditions for developing clear, fruity aromas. Following gentle pressing, vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and the grape variety’s primary aromas. The alcohol is then gently reduced, and finely balanced carbonation ensures the characteristic perlage. The alcohol content remains below 0.5 per cent.
