Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to grow. After farming their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now housed in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse situated in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano and surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega ROSSO Vermouth is made from a select blend of Merlot grapes sourced from a particularly renowned growing region. This vermouth owes its distinctive character to a natural extract based on an original and secret recipe. This recipe involves the harmonious combination of 30 different herbs, flowers and spices, including wormwood, Ceylon cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, gentian root, marjoram, nutmeg and radicchio.
