Distilleria Andrea Da Ponte is a name synonymous with the very highest quality and exquisite grappa. Since its foundation in 1892, this distillery in the Venetian region of Conegliano has built up an outstanding reputation. The history of Distilleria Andrea Da Ponte begins with the brothers Matteo and Andrea Da Ponte, who were pioneers in the art of grappa distillation. The distillery uses only selected pomace from the region’s finest vineyards. This pomace is carefully processed to preserve the grappa’s characteristic aromas and flavours.

Andrea Da Ponte Grappa Riserva 3 Years Old is a clear grappa with a straw-yellow colour. It is produced from the pomace of selected Glera grapes from the hills around Conegliano and Valdobbiadene and is aged for three years in Slovenian oak casks. Distillation is carried out using a double, fractional distillation process in continuous stills, as well as a bagnomaria distillation in a batch still. These methods ensure that the aromas of the grapes are optimally preserved.
