The Steinbach N°12 Alter Apfel is a fine apple brandy from Styria, produced with great care and according to centuries-old distillation traditions. Produced by the renowned Lackner Tinnacher winery, known for its excellent wines since 1770, this apple brandy reflects the high art of distilling. Wilma and Fritz Tinnacher managed the winery for over 30 years before their daughter Katharina Tinnacher took over in 2013, passionately continuing the family tradition.

In addition to viticulture, the winery also dedicates itself to processing hand-picked fruit from its own Styrian orchards. The apples for Steinbach N°12 Alter Apfel come from a fine selection of Gravensteiner and Golden Delicious apples. After distillation, the brandy is aged for 10 years in small oak barrels, developing an extraordinary depth and a perfectly balanced harmony between fruit, wood, and spicy notes. Bottling is carried out according to the Maria Theresian distillation rights from the 18th century, which underlines the region's long distillation tradition.
