Alm Mand’l wine spirit is ideal for creating your own concoctions, such as blackberry liqueur, cherry liqueur or exotic Punsch. The wine spirit serves as a base into which the ingredients – fresh fruit, herbs or spices – are steeped. This mixture is then left to mature for several weeks in a dark cellar, allowing the flavours to develop to their full potential. However, it is important to find the correct ratio of wine spirit to water in order to achieve the desired strength and bring out the flavours perfectly.

The spirit must not be drunk neat. At 96 per cent by volume, that would be highly inadvisable anyway.
