The boutique winery Heredad Segura Viudas is located outside Barcelona, Spain, nestled in the sunny vineyards of the old Penedès wine region. The origins of this winery date back to the 11th century.

The winery values biodiversity and is certified as a climate protection winery.

For Segura Viudas CAVA Rosé, the grapes are hand-picked and processed. The first and second fermentation take place with their own selected yeast.

The maceration of the Trepat is carried out for 24 hours at 12-14°C. The Garnacha is macerated for 12 hours at 16-18°C, thus enhancing the flavor. The Pinot Noir is responsible for the spicy note and is macerated in the trailer on the way to the winery.
